Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Policy  

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, the eligible refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable refund timeline.

SACS Vanya reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
  • Operational limitations

In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.


Return Policy  

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received by the customer.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selection by customer
  • Minor color or packaging variations
  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in new condition
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the defective or damaged item for verification purposes

Any return request raised after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.


Product Condition  

Only products in new and unused condition are eligible for return approval.

Products that are found used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without original packaging may be rejected.


Return Method  

Approved returns must be sent back by mail or courier service to the address provided by our support team.

Customers should securely pack the product to avoid damage during return transit.

Once the return request is approved, our support team will share the return instructions with the customer.


Return Shipping Charges  

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.


SACS Vanya does not provide prepaid return labels or pickup services at this time.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the wrong or defective item was shipped by us.


Exchanges  

We currently do not offer exchanges or replacements for any products.


Restocking Fees  

No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.


Refund Policy  

Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.


Depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer account.


If a refund is approved for an order paid through:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking: Processing time may vary depending on the bank
  • UPI Payments: Processing time depends on the payment provider
  • Wallets or other payment methods: Timelines may vary according to the respective provider


Damaged or Incorrect Products  

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers should provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Photos of packaging, if applicable

Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution as per our policy.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+872144190598411d86d1828b7b688afe@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
